In Pennsylvania, the Public Utility Commission continues to sort out the new rules governing contract renewal notices. The Commission announced on July 9 that it is seeking comment on a Staff proposal to allow companies offering both natural gas and electricity to customers to use the new electric renewal notice process only, rather than sending separate and duplicative natural gas notices to customers.
