On February 18, ACCES spokesman Michael Meath was a guest on the WILK 103.1 FM program, the L.A. Tarone Show, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Meath answered questions from folks calling into the show asking about consumers’ rights as energy consumers, how smart meters work and how they can help consumers take greater control of their energy usage.
Meath further answered questions on the difference between a competitive energy supplier’s fixed rate product and variable rate product, and additional products offered to help consumers manage energy usage, increase equipment efficiency, and protect the environment.
